Creating an account is easy! Click on the "Register" button in the top right corner, enter your phone number and email address. You'll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) to verify your account. Once verified, you can start shopping immediately.

To place an order:

1. Browse our products and add items to your cart
2. Click on the cart icon to review your items
3. Click "Proceed to Checkout"
4. Enter your shipping address and payment details
5. Review your order and click "Place Order"
6. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. To cancel, go to "My Orders" in your account, find the order, and click "Cancel Order". Once an order is shipped, you can return it using our return policy.

You can track your order in two ways:

• Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number and email address
• Go to "My Orders" in your account dashboard and click on the order you want to track

You'll receive tracking updates via email and SMS once your order is shipped.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping charge of ₹50 applies. Some products may have special shipping terms which will be mentioned on the product page.

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for select products and locations at an additional charge. Delivery times may vary during festivals and peak seasons.

We deliver to most locations across India. During checkout, you can enter your pin code to check if delivery is available to your area. Some remote locations may have limited delivery options or additional charges.

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Some products like perishables, personalized items, and intimate wear are not eligible for returns. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility.

To return a product:

1. Go to "My Orders" in your account
2. Select the order containing the item you want to return
3. Click "Return" and select the reason
4. We'll arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping label
5. Once we receive and verify the product, your refund will be processed

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

Yes, all products sold on ThikSeLagao are 100% authentic. We work only with verified sellers and authorized dealers. We have strict quality control measures in place to ensure authenticity.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Please keep the product and packaging intact for inspection.
